Adafruit NeoPixel 332 LED-per-Meter Silicone Bead LED Strip

Plug in and glow with this incredible ultra high density NeoPixel strip featuring 332 LEDs per meter. Each half meter strip contains 165 miniature NeoPixels encased in a milky silicone bead, creating a smooth and continuous color gradient.

The Adafruit NeoPixel 332 LED-per-Meter Silicone Bead LED Strip measures 0.5 meters in length and 14mm in width. It includes a JST SM 3-pin plug and socket on opposing ends, with pre-installed 10cm color-coded wires: black for ground, green for signal, red for 5V DC power.

Equipped with SK6812 LEDs, this strip requires no inline resistor and is compatible with 3V to 5V logic and power, though optimal performance is at 5V. Each LED is addressable, allowing color customization with 24-bit precision—thanks to 8-bit PWM for red, green, and blue.

Configuration is simple. Control all LEDs with a single digital output pin, while the built-in PWM maintains color settings without continuous communication. The flexible PCB design includes a weatherproof sheath, easily cuttable or extendable by connecting additional strips.

While the strip can peak at 10A if set to all white, stay mindful of the current. Typical colorful designs consume a fraction of this. Ensure proper power supply, using 3-5V DC only, to avoid damaging the strip.

This versatile LED strip is compatible with ready-to-use library and example code for Arduino devices, as well as MakeCode or CircuitPython, for limitless creativity and design possibilities.
