Adafruit 15x7 CharliePlex LED Matrix Display FeatherWing Yellow

You won't be able to look away from the mesmerizing patterns created by the Adafruit 15x7 CharliePlex LED Matrix Display FeatherWing. This 15x7 LED display can be paired with any of our Feather boards for a beautiful, bright grid of 105 charlieplexed LEDs. It even comes with a built-in charlieplex driver that is run over I2C.

We carry these FeatherWings in five vivid colors; this is the Yellow matrix. The I2C LED driver chip allows for PWM control of each LED in a 15x7 grid, ensuring stunning lighting effects without complicated coding. Each LED offers 8-bit (256 level) dimming for precise brightness control. The IS31FL3731 chip manages 3.3V power efficiently and is loaded with enough RAM for 8 separate frames of display memory, enabling seamless animation transitions.

Utilizing only the SDA/SCL pins on your Feather, the matrix can effortlessly share these with other I2C devices and sensors. Our graphics library simplifies drawing shapes, text, and bitmaps, enabling striking LED displays.
