Adafruit 2.13" 250x122 Monochrome or Gray eInk / ePaper - Bare Display

E-Ink/E-Paper displays are perfect for creating low-power screens that maintain visibility in daylight and keep their image when powered off. The 2.13" diagonal 250x122 Monochrome or Gray eInk/ePaper bare display offers a similar experience to popular e-readers with high contrast and paper-like readability.

This display requires a connection to a board via a standard 24-pin FPC e-paper connector. Compatible options include the Feather RP2040 ThinkInk for a solderless, plug-and-play experience with Arduino or CircuitPython support. Alternatively, the eInk Feather Friend and eInk Breakout Friend provide adapter solutions for various setups, from Feather boards to breadboard experiments.

The 2.13" display offers 250x122 black ink pixels against a white background and is driven by the SSD1680Z chipset. The option to activate a '4-gray' mode, delivering two monochromatic shades, allows for versatile design results. An accompanying Arduino library simplifies integration, interfacing with the display seamlessly like an Adafruit_GFX compatible unit. Extension cables and adapters offer placement freedom for a more flexible display setup.
