The Netherlands It really sucks when you order 7 and only 6 get delivered. The only simple response you get is that one is on backorder. Shouldn't you not be able to order 7 in the first place? Opencircuit Bummer that your order wasn't complete. Our warehouse uses a digital inventory that usually matches up, but there can sometimes be a difference on the shelf. Think of a product that turns out to be damaged at the last minute, an item placed in the wrong bin, or a counting error during inventory.

Since we didn’t want to delay the rest of your order, everything we did have was shipped right away, and the rest was automatically placed on backorder. This way, at least you have most of it already at home. Placed on
