Enhancing functionality, it includes a soft-touch knob featuring an arrow for easy interface. A built-in push-button allows toggling of a separate switch by simply pressing the knob.

Featuring a 3-pin connector (ground and two coding pins) on one side and two pins for a normally open switch on the other, this encoder serves as an excellent rotation sensor or selector. Unlike potentiometers, it continuously rotates through 24 segments, each with a defined click, signaling switch open and close actions with every turn.
