This LCD offers a vibrant upgrade to the standard 16x2 displays by showcasing full color RGB characters on a sleek black background. Effortlessly switch display colors to your preference, choosing from a palette that includes red, green, blue, pink, white, purple, yellow, teal, salmon, and chartreuse.

Sized to seamlessly fit existing LCD projects, it primarily appears red-on-black using the default red LED. Additional pins for green and blue LEDs allow dynamic color changes. Equipped with built-in resistors, it operates with 5V logic at an approximate current draw of 20mA per LED.
