Featuring 38mcd brightness per segment, each segment is designed with two LEDs in series, ensuring uniform coloring. Power efficiency is achieved by driving the display with less current or maximizing brightness at 20mA.

These displays are multiplexed, common-cathode, requiring minimal components such as a 74HC595 or 8 microcontroller pins for control. Use NPN transistors or a TPIC6B595 to manage cathodes, handling up to 120mA per digit.
