Pro Micro - 3.3V/8MHz

The Sparkfun Pro Micro - 3.3V/8MHz is a powerful and versatile Arduino-compatible microcontroller. It's equipped with an ATmega32U4, which includes an integrated USB transceiver, eliminating the need for an external USB interface. This compact board is capable of performing all the unique Arduino functions you're accustomed to, including 9 channels of 10-bit ADC, 5 PWM pins, and 12 DIOs, as well as hardware serial connections Rx and Tx. It operates at 8MHz and 3.3V, making it compatible with many other Arduino-compatible boards, yet its compact size allows it to be integrated into virtually any project.

This 3.3V version of the Pro Micro is particularly beneficial for projects involving many common 3.3V sensors. It includes an on-board voltage regulator, allowing it to accept voltage up to 12VDC. If you're supplying unregulated power to the board, remember to connect to the "RAW" pin, not VCC. This microcontroller is perfect for any project requiring a compact, versatile and powerful microcontroller.
