PowerBoost 1000C is a dynamic power supply for all your portable projects. Equipped with a smart load-sharing battery charger, it ensures uninterrupted power, even while recharging. The module converts a 3.7V LiIon/LiPoly battery output to 5.2V DC, ideal for 5V devices such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

The inclusion of a TPS61090 boost converter offers low battery detection, a 2A internal switch, and high efficiency. A red LED signals low battery levels, and on-board resistors support 1000mA charging for Apple devices. Its synchronous operation allows for complete output disconnection when needed.

Charging is via a microUSB jack, compatible with 3.7V/4.2V batteries. The charger automatically shifts to USB power when available, functioning seamlessly as an uninterruptable power supply. Note the necessity for a connected LiPoly battery and a quality USB adapter capable of delivering 2A.
