Electroluminescent (EL) Wire is crafted from a stiff wire core coated in phosphor, enveloped in a protective PVC sheath. Once an AC signal is applied, it illuminates with a soothing aqua glow, resembling thin neon. The pink-coated version presents a unique white appearance. Measuring 250 cm, its orange covering adds a vibrant touch to any project. Pre-soldered with a standard quick-connect, it’s ready for immediate use with an appropriate inverter.

This wire, while not as bright as LEDs, offers significant energy savings, drawing only 200mA. It's commonly utilized in costuming, decorations, accent lighting, and more.
