With a built-in driver chip providing ~18mA constant current, colors remain consistent even with voltage fluctuations, eliminating the need for external resistors in your minimalistic designs. Powered by a 5VDC source, it comes as a 4-pin LED chip version, ensuring code compatibility with other NeoPixels.

The chainable LEDs allow seamless integration: simply connect the output of one chip to the input of another. Supported by the NeoPixel library for Arduino, it requires an 8MHz or faster processor. Each LED houses red, green, and blue components controlled by a small chip capable of handling a 24-bit color level via clock and data.
