Design a clock, timer, or counter effortlessly with our elegant 4-digit seven-segment display, perfect for projects requiring numerical output. The bright, crisp display excels in visibility, featuring four 7-segments, decimal points on each digit, and an additional wire for colon dots, ideal for time-based applications.

Emitting at 15.6mcd, the display offers adjustable current options, allowing you to save power while maintaining brightness or enhance it to 20mA for maximum clarity. As a multiplexed, common-cathode display, you can control it using a 74HC595 or simply allocate 8 microcontroller pins for the 8 anodes. For cathode management, connect NPN transistors or a TPIC6B595 to handle the maximum 120mA per digit.

While this version is the raw display requiring more setup, efficiency is increased with our backpack version, which integrates an LED driver at the rear. Available in vibrant green, there is a variety of sizes and colors to suit your project's aesthetic and functional needs. Great for enhancing digital clocks, countdown timers, scoreboards, and various other visual numerical displays.
