This circular flexible thin film pressure sensor, with a 7.6mm diameter, is designed to detect pressure with exceptional sensitivity. Crafted from an ultra-thin film, the RP-C sensor boasts outstanding mechanical properties, superior conductive materials, and nanometer-thin pressure-sensitive layers. The sensor's upper layer comprises a thin film and a pressure-sensitive layer, while the lower layer contains a thin film with a conductive circuit. These layers are bonded using double-sided tape. When pressure is applied to the active area, the upper layer's pressure-sensitive layer activates to complete the circuit on the lower layer, converting pressure into changes in resistance. Notably, as the pressure increases, the output resistance decreases.
