Adafruit Chirp! The Plant Watering Alarm

The Chirp! Plant Watering Alarm is a practical device designed to effortlessly extend the life of your houseplant by reminding you to water it. Simply insert the discrete black PCB into the soil and set the "dry point" using the button on the back.

Equipped with a moisture sensor, it chirps through a piezo speaker when your plant's soil gets dry, indicating it's time to water. Designed for customization, it offers connectivity over I2C, allowing you to log light and moisture data for comprehensive plant care. All code and schematics are open source, facilitating personalization and creative plant hacks.

This device requires a CR2032 battery, not included. With flexibility in monitoring and a hackable design, the Chirp! transforms the way you nurture your plants.
