Adafruit Chip Quik SMD Removal Kit

Removing SMD parts without damaging traces or components can be challenging. The Chipquik SMD Removal Kit simplifies this task with a special metal alloy that remains liquid for an extended time. This allows the alloy to bond to existing solder, enabling easy removal with tweezers.

Designed for lead-based solder, this kit streamlines the process into four simple steps: Apply flux to all SMD leads, solder alloy uniformly on all pins, lift or slide the SMD from the board, and clean the site with a swab using solder wick and alcohol pad. The result is a precise, efficient SMD removal process.
