This elegant bi-color LED bargraph is perfect for creating a vibrant and dynamic display. Measuring just 1.2 inches long, it fits seamlessly into a breadboard without taking up too much space. With 24 LEDs contained in a compact plastic body—12 red at 14mcd and 12 green at 13mcd—this bargraph offers versatile color displays.

Each bar inside contains two LEDs, allowing for red, green, or yellow color displays, and with fast multiplexing, a spectrum of colors in between. The display is designed with diffused rectangular lenses, providing a striking and aesthetically pleasing look.

With 14 pins, 7 on each side and 0.1-inch spacing, it's easy to install on a breadboard with plenty of space remaining for additional wiring. To drive the multiplexed display, use 3 NPN transistors for the cathodes along with a 74HC595 to manage the 8 anodes efficiently.
