The Arduino Nano with soldered headers is a small, complete, breadboard-friendly sign based on the ATmega328. This board uses the same chip as the UNO, but comes in a different package. This board has no DC power jack, and is controlled with a Mini-USB cable.

Analog Input Pins8
DC Current per I / O Pin40 mA
DC Current for 3.3V Pin50 mA
Flash Memory32 KB (ATmega328) 0.5 KB is used by the bootloader
SRAM2 KB (ATmega328P)
EEPROM1 KB (ATmega328P)
Clock Speed16 MHz

It concerns the 3rd revision (newest) with the following adjustments:

  • Stronger RESET circuit.
  • Added SDA and SCL pins at the AREF pin and 2 new pins at the RESET pin, namely the IOREF pin, allowing shields to adjust to the voltage from the board. In the future, shields are compatible with both the 5v and 3.3v versions. The 2nd pin is not connected and is reserved for future updates.

This Arduino is a clone, which means that this sign was not built in the original factory. The only difference between original and clones is that these Arduinos are cheaper. All components and circuits are otherwise identical.

Works well USB micro connection The supplied USB cable cannot be used for upload (power-only, no data)
Wonderful thing. However, I couldn't get it to work - the USB communication seemed broken. It took me a while, but here I found the answer: https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=242113.msg1742152#msg1742152 Indeed, the cable that came with it was power-only. Fortunately I still had a data USB cable. It would be nice if this hint had been included in the package. This is well worth the money.
