Adafruit Raspberry Pi Camera Board Case with 1/4" Tripod Mount

This basic, classic Adafruit Raspberry Pi Camera Board Enclosure boasts a sleek black base with a clear top, crafted to protect your Pi Camera while maintaining a stylish appearance. Its minimalistic design consists of two polycarbonate pieces that snap together securely.

Made from ultra-durable, super-glossy polycarbonate, the case is both visually appealing and robust enough for travel in your pocket or bookbag. It accommodates Pi Camera v1 and v2, designed by Mike Doell to mirror the elegance and functionality of Pi Cases for Raspberry Pi Zero and Model B.

The enclosure includes a slim opening for easy access to the camera cable and features a tiny hole in the lid to preserve image capture quality. Two side slots allow for versatile attachment options with zip-ties or velcro straps, and a 1/4" tripod mount nut on the back offers mounting flexibility. Just be cautious with the slim nut to avoid damage.

Note: The Pi Camera v2 may press against the case due to its slightly thicker design, possibly causing blurry images. This is easily resolved by removing the sticky-rubber spacer from between the camera module and PCB. The enclosure comes with two polycarbonate pieces.
