Adafruit NeoKey BFF for Mechanical Key Add-On for QT Py and Xiao

The Adafruit NeoKey BFF transforms your QT Py project into a colorful experience with ease. It seamlessly enhances capabilities with a beautiful mechanical key and RGB lighting.

Designed for seamless integration, it fits perfectly on the back of any QT Py or Xiao board. Use pin and socket headers for easy removal or solder it into place for a permanent solution. This flexibility lets you decide how to incorporate it into your projects.

The onboard Kailh socket supports any MX-compatible switch, eliminating the hassle of soldering. Secure switches with a touch of hot glue or epoxy. A reverse-mount NeoPixel adds a spectrum of colors, ensuring dynamic visual feedback by illuminating through the switch's LED hole.

Included headers allow effortless QT Py connections, and an optional Itsy Bitsy short female header kit offers a compact setup with trim-to-fit headers. Default pins connect the key switch to A2 and NeoPixel to A3, but customizable jumpers enable router-free reconfiguration.

Note: Includes one assembled PCB and break-off header. Mechanical switch and keycap not provided. Compatible with MX-compatible switches like Kailh and Gateron.
