So thin. So mini. So teeeeeeny-tiny. It's the 'skinny' version of our classic NeoPixel strips! These NeoPixel strips have 30 digitally-addressable pixel Mini LEDs per meter and are only 7.5 mm wide. They are extremely affordable, making vibrant lighting accessible to all.
This strip is mounted on a white flex PCB, identical to the black 30 LED/meter version, aside from the color mask. Efficient yet powerful, each meter consumes a max of about 9.5 Watts (~2 Amps @ 5V), while typical colorful designs use just one-third to half of that power.
The built-in controller chip requires only a single pin for input and output, operating on a highly precise protocol. Compatible with Arduino Uno/Mega, Raspberry Pi, and Beagle Bone Black among other microcontrollers, ensuring broad usability. Processors slower than 8 MHz, like the Basic Stamp or NETduino, will need our DotStar digital LED strips instead.
With 30 RGB LEDs per meter, control each LED individually with 24-bit color precision. PWM capability is built into each LED, allowing for dynamic lighting effects. Flexible PCB material and weatherproof sheathing make it durable and versatile.
Easily cuttable every 1.27"/32.5mm and solderable for custom lengths, or connect strips together for longer runs. These come in 5-meter reels with a 2 or 3-pin JST SM connector attached and are sold by the meter.
Powered by a 5V DC supply, avoid exceeding 6V to prevent damage. For full functionality, consult our NeoPixel Uberguide for comprehensive use cases and Arduino library support across numerous platforms.
