Presenting the Adafruit Metro M7 with microSD.

This board features an NXP iMX RT1011 microcontroller with a robust 500 MHz ARM Cortex M7 processor. It includes 8 MB of QSPI flash for firmware and storage, with 128KB of in-chip SRAM, ensuring optimal performance. Arduino-compatible headers facilitate the use of any shield daughterboard with ease.

The included micro SD card slot allows easy file access and efficient data logging to removable storage. The iMX series, known for its inclusion in the Teensy 4 dev board series, offers unparalleled performance among microcontrollers. The Metro M7 retains this power in a format that supports many Arduino shields.

Fully open-source, users can customize and adapt the board's design. It includes a USB drag-and-drop bootloader and CircuitPython support for streamlined development. A perfect blend of affordability, spacious memory, and straightforward initiation.

Please note, this board doesn't support Arduino or Platform.io. It is programmable with CircuitPython or MCU Xpresso IDE for advanced C/C++ development.
