Adafruit 5V 4A (4000mA) switching power supply - UL Listed

Need a lot of 5V power? This switching supply provides a clean, regulated 5V output at up to 4 Amps (4000mA). Compatible with both 110V and 240V input, it functions seamlessly across the globe. The connector utilizes a US 2-prong style, and a plug adapter may be required for international use, easily obtainable at local hardware stores.

The cable ends with a standard 5.5mm OD, 2.1mm ID positive tip connector, compatible with accessories such as 2.1mm extension cords, female terminal block adapters, and breadboard-friendly DC jacks. Ideal for powering RGB LED matrices, NeoPixels, RGB LED pixels, and addressable LED strips without hassle.

Note: Unsuitable for powering an Arduino through the DC jack, which requires at least 7.5V; instead, consider our 9V adapter.
