This blank 13.56MHz RFID/NFC phone charm tag is designed for seamless integration with various systems, making it ideal for transit passes and beyond. Equipped with a small RFID chip and antenna, it draws power from the reader/writer when in close proximity.
Compatible with most 13.56MHz RFID/NFC readers, ensure your reader supports ISO/IEC 14443 Type A cards for optimal performance. Tested with both the PN532 NFC/RFID breakout board and Adafruit NFC/RFID Shield for Arduino, this tag is reliable and versatile.
The writable EEPROM offers up to 1 KB of storage, divided into banks, allowing over 100,000 rewrites. The tag also features a permanent 4-byte ID for unique identification, immutable post-manufacture. Despite its ISO/IEC 14443 Type A chipset being unsupported in newer phones, it remains effective with supported devices.
