SparkFun Micro OLED Breakout (Qwiic)

The SparkFun Qwiic Micro OLED Breakout is a compact, Qwiic-enabled version of the popular Micro OLED display. This small, monochrome, blue-on-black OLED screen delivers incredibly clear images, perfect for adding graphics to your projects or displaying diagnostic information. Measuring just 1.68 cm across, it features a crisp 64x48 pixel resolution and integrates seamlessly with the Qwiic Connect System for easy, solder-free connectivity.

This Micro OLED Breakout is ideal for a variety of applications. Whether you're building a compact user interface, displaying sensor data, or adding visual flair to your project, the clear and sharp display ensures your information is easily readable. Its small size makes it perfect for wearable technology, portable devices, or any project where space is at a premium.

One of the standout features is its dual Qwiic connectors, facilitating easy I²C operations without the need for soldering. If you prefer using a breadboard, the 2.54mm-spaced pins are also available. The board includes two mounting holes and a detachable tab with a Qwiic cable holder for added convenience. Additionally, the I²C pull-up jumper and ADDR jumper allow for customization, making it versatile for different setups and requirements.

Note: The I²C address of the Micro OLED is 0x3D, which can be changed to 0x3C. If you need to communicate with multiple Micro OLED sensors on a single bus, a multiplexer/Mux is required. Consider using the Qwiic Mux Breakout for such applications.

The SparkFun Qwiic Connect System streamlines prototyping by reducing errors and speeding up development. Using a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector, it minimizes required PCB space and ensures polarized connections, so you can't hook it up incorrectly.
