SparkFun Atmospheric Sensor Breakout - BME280

The SparkFun BME280 Atmospheric Sensor Breakout is a compact and versatile device that measures barometric pressure, humidity, and temperature. It's an ideal solution for indoor/outdoor navigation, weather forecasting, home automation, and personal health and wellness monitoring. This tiny breakout can provide you with comprehensive atmospheric data, all within a small footprint.

The BME280 sensor on the breakout board measures atmospheric pressure ranging from 30kPa to 110kPa, relative humidity, and temperature. The board provides a 3.3V SPI interface and a 5V tolerant I²C interface, which includes pull-up resistors to 3.3V. The device consumes less than 1mA for measurements and idles at less than 5µA. The board has 10 pins, with a maximum of six used at any one time. Power, ground, and I²C pins are located on the left side of the board, while the remaining pins, which offer SPI functionality and additional power and ground, are on the other side.

Note: The breakout does not come with headers installed. These will need to be purchased and soldered on separately.
