Adafruit SMT 5-Way Directional Joystick / Navigation Switch

This SMT 5-Directional Joystick offers seamless interfacing with just one component, efficiently combining the functionality of five buttons: left, right, up, down, and select (by pressing down). The joystick features a robust metal construction and six SMT mounting tabs, ensuring both electrical and mechanical stability on your PCB.

Designed for long-lasting performance, the joystick's two positioning nubs provide additional shear-force resistance and aid in proper orientation during assembly. Its compact design includes a thinner stem, making navigation smooth and precise.

While perfect for use in surface-mount projects, consider the Thru-hole 5-way Navigation Switch for breadboarding or if a rubber cap is needed. Please ensure compatibility as the rubber cap will not fit this joystick.
