The optical encoder provides 663 pulses per rotation, allowing it to sense a 0.54-degree rotation from the shaft. This precision is ideal for general PID speed control, making it an excellent choice for robotics and automation tasks. The motor's sturdy metal casing and gears make it suitable for harsh environments, withstanding impacts from objects or people.
