Constructed from an ultra-thin film with excellent mechanical properties, the RP-C flex pressure sensor utilizes advanced conductive materials and nanometer pressure-sensitive layers. The sensor's design includes a thin film and pressure-sensitive layer on its upper section, while the lower section features a thin film and conductive circuit. These are bonded using double-sided tape. When pressure is applied to the active area, it connects the previously disconnected circuit of the lower layer through the upper pressure-sensitive layer, converting pressure into measurable resistance. Consequently, the output resistance decreases as the pressure applied increases.
