The Boron LTE development kit combines Mesh and LTE Cellular connectivity for seamless network integration. Powered by EtherSIM with global self-optimizing capabilities, it supports up to 100 devices with free cellular data and unlimited platform access.

Utilizing the Nordic nRF52840 BLE Cortex M4, it offers extensive Flash, RAM, and peripherals, including native USB support. Built-in battery charging circuitry facilitates quick deployment of local networks by connecting a Li-Poly battery (not included).

Employed as a standalone endpoint or as an LTE-enabled gateway, the board effectively connects projects to the Particle Device Cloud, or serves as a gateway for local endpoints without Wi-Fi access.

Feather compatibility allows integration with a wide range of FeatherWings, enhancing its capabilities. Please note Particle Mesh libraries may not be available for all hardware. Verify driver availability with Particle before use.

Part of a robust ecosystem designed for IoT fleet management, the Device Cloud offers an array of tools for building, connecting, and managing devices. Complimentary 3-month access to the Cloud is available for micro networks utilizing a cellular gateway, defined as having up to 10 devices and a single gateway.
