Smart LEDs in monochrome bring a sophisticated touch to your projects. The Cool White LED arrangement uses the same integrated LED driver as NeoPixel strips, ensuring seamless performance. Even without illumination, these LEDs have a charming appearance with a color reminiscent of a yellow Starburst.

When lit, these LEDs are exceptionally bright, with 24-bit high-frequency PWM control. The phosphor coating homogenizes the 3 white dies, delivering a consistent, radiant light that surpasses the output from RGB-mixed whites. The compact 5050 SMD format (5mm x 5mm) makes soldering straightforward and enables efficient LED integration.

The NeoPixel LEDs communicate via an 800 KHz protocol, requiring precise timing. With a PWM rate of 400 Hz, these LEDs perform optimally, although DotStars offer a superior 20 KHz rate, perfect for smooth transitions during motion.

The integrated microcontroller allows for customizable brightness settings of each die, acting as a shift register for effortless LED control. Manage endless LEDs by linking additional units or removing unnecessary ones. The built-in PWM ensures stable brightness without constant communication.
