Adafruit Micro Servo with 3-pin JST PH 2mm Cable - TowerPro SG92R

This tiny servo can rotate approximately 180 degrees (90 in each direction) and mirrors the function of the standard servos, but in a smaller form. It is compatible with any servo code, hardware, or library, making it a versatile choice for building simple projects without needing a complex motor controller.

Perfectly suited for small spaces, it's an excellent choice to use with the Motor Shield for Arduino or by wiring directly with the Servo library. It includes several horns and essential hardware, ensuring easy installation and conversion for any project.

This version of our classic Micro Servo features a 3-pin JST PH cable, offering seamless integration with boards supporting 3-pin STEMMA connectors like PyPortal, HalloWing, and PyGamer/PyBadge. Just plug it into the connector and start controlling your servo effortlessly.

For Arduino control, the Servo library included in the Arduino IDE is recommended. Possible rotations are delineated as "0" for center, "90" for full right, and "-90" for full left. For CircuitPython users, comprehensive guides are available. MakeCode also supports Servo functionality.

The 19cm-long JST cable is color-coded: black for GND, red for 5V, and white for data. If default servo pulse widths (1ms to 2ms) do not achieve the full 180-degree motion, customizing the servo controller to 0.75ms to 2.25ms may help. Take care not to extend pulses too far to avoid damaging the servo.
