Fermion: TXS0104E 4-Bit Level Translator (Breakout)

Purchasing an open-source product without electrical level compatibility can be a frustrating experience. Sensors may not function as intended, and in some cases, can be damaged due to incompatible voltage levels, leading to both inconvenience and financial loss. To address this, DFRobot offers a level conversion module designed for robust level compatibility and rapid signal conversion.

This 4-bit non-inverting translator is equipped with two configurable power-supply rails. The A port is adept at tracking VCCA, which supports any supply voltage between 1.65 V and 3.6 V, while ensuring VCCA is equal to or less than VCCB. Meanwhile, the B port is designed to monitor VCCB, accepting voltage ranging from 2.3 V to 5.5 V. This feature enables seamless low-voltage bidirectional translation among 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes.

Ensuring compatibility and speed, the module automatically synchronizes with power supply voltages and can achieve conversion speeds up to 24Mbps in push-pull applications. It is suited for the level conversion of communication protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, and OneWire, ensuring smooth integration and reliable performance in your projects.
