Element14's Pi Desktop Enclosure Kit is designed to transform your Raspberry Pi 2 or Pi 3 into a compact desktop computer. Its streamlined enclosure integrates with an expansion controller, enabling an intelligent on/off power switch and real-time clock for enhanced functionality.

The kit includes an mSATA SSD socket, allowing for up to 1TB of expandable on-board storage, perfect for media centers or network storage options. A special slot accommodates the Pi camera seamlessly, removing the clutter of additional hardware components.

The package contains an expansion board with a smart on/off power controller, an mSATA SSD socket, RTC with a CR2032 battery, a heat sink, USB adapter (Micro-Type A), and all necessary mounting hardware. Note: Raspberry Pi not included; additional accessories required for completion.
