Audio Adapter Board for Teensy 4.0 - 4.1 (Rev D2)

This audio adapter makes it possible to easily add high quality 16 bit, 44.1 kHz (CD quality) audio to a project. The module includes stereo headphone output, stereo output and microphone mono or stereo input. The shield is compatible with the Teensy 4.0 and 4.1.

Through the Teensy Audio Library, input and output can be simultaneously processed by means of audio objects. It is possible to mix different sounds with generated sounds and sound effects.

The Teensy 3.x includes the Cortex-M4 with DSP instructions with sufficient processing power to perform real-time FFT (spectrum analysis).
