Gainta Aluminium Enclosure for Sensitive Equipment Housing

The aluminium enclosure measures 148 x 108 x 75mm, crafted for housing sensitive electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment in commercial and industrial settings. It ensures efficient EMI and RFI shielding, adhering to IP65 or IEC529, and NEMA4 standards for dust and splash-proof protection.

Mounting holes and lid attachment screws are located outside the sealed sections, preventing dust and moisture ingress. The lid features a recessed neoprene gasket for enhanced sealing.

The G100 series includes internal studs for horizontal PCB mounting or grounding connections, with slots for vertical PCB installation. Lid fastening screw holes come with threaded inserts, and the cover bolts are flush, ensuring secure and streamlined closures.

Two or four openings facilitate horizontal PCB mounting, providing versatility for various electronic configurations and installations.
