Adafruit LSM6DS3TR-C 6-DoF Accel + Gyro IMU

Add motion and orientation sensing to your Arduino project with this affordable 6 Degree of Freedom (6-DoF) sensor featuring ST's LSM6DS3TR-C. The 3-axis accelerometer detects gravitational direction and movement speed in 3D space, while the gyroscope measures spin and twist.

This sensor, part of the reliable LSM6DS family, offers better performance than its predecessor, the LSM6DS33. It is crucial to note that the sensor is not firmware-compatible with the 'DS33, requiring code recompilation, supported by our comprehensive Arduino and Python libraries.

Housed on a compact breakout board with voltage regulation and level-shifted inputs, it can seamlessly interface with both 3V and 5V setups. Utilize the I2C or SPI interfaces for versatile hardware integration. For stability, the board features four mounting holes.

Though it doesn't include a magnetometer, pairing it with the LIS3MDL enhances orientation accuracy. Easy I2C connections are made possible with additional connectors, eliminating the need for soldering. Integrate quickly with the STM32F405 Feather using plug-and-play cables.
