This simple development board for the STM32F411 provides a powerful STM chip for your next project, featuring the STM32F411CEU6 with 512 KB of flash, 128 KB of SRAM, and a 100 MHz clock speed.
A spot on the bottom allows adding wide SOIC flash memory, such as a 2 MB SPI flash chip, ideal for expanding datalogging or file storage capabilities. Note that the solder pad is just wide enough for the chip.
With USB C compatibility and a 3.3V 100mA LDO regulator, the board also includes both 25 MHz and 32.768 KHz crystals. Handy buttons comprise a BOOT button for ROM DFU bootloader access, a reset button, and a generic button on PA0. Power LED and a user-controllable LED on PC13 are included for enhanced interaction.
The chip offers multiple peripherals with UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, and timer functionality. Full speed USB and an ADC multiplexed to 10 inputs complete the peripheral suite. Recommended is an ST-Link compatible dongle for debugging, though the STM bootloader means binary firmware can be loaded without a programmer. Loose header pins are included for breadboard integration.
