This long flexible thin-film pressure sensor, boasting a length of 170mm, enables highly sensitive pressure detection. Crafted with durability in mind, it excels in sensing both static and dynamic pressures swiftly. Its capabilities to accurately record force intensity and frequency make it versatile for applications including pressure switches, bed monitoring systems, intelligent sneakers, and medical device systems.

The RP-L flexible pressure sensor is constructed from an ultra-thin film with superior mechanical properties, alongside advanced conductive materials and nanometer-scale pressure-sensitive layers. The upper layer features a thin film with a pressure-sensitive layer, while the lower layer consists of a thin film and conductive circuit. These layers are bonded using double-sided tape. Upon pressure application to the active area, the pressure-sensitive layer completes the circuit of the lower layer, converting pressure into resistance. As the pressure increases, the output resistance correspondingly decreases, showcasing its efficiency in real-time pressure monitoring.
