Pimoroni LED Strip Module for Yukon

This 5 V 5 A regulator with logic level shifting drives WS2812 Neopixel and APA102 Dotstar LED strips from a Pimoroni Yukon slot. It works as a power and logic bridge, delivering a stable rail for dense LEDs while translating Yukon signals to precise 5 V timing. Screw terminals simplify strip data input wiring.

Fixed 5 V output. 5 A continuous, 10 A peak. TPS54A24 buck converter. 5 V level shifted clock and data. Temperature and power good sensing. Fully assembled. Yukon compatible. Measurements 24 mm x 20 mm x 13.7 mm.

Drives WS2812 Neopixel SK6812 and APA102 Dotstar SK9822. Two WS2812 strips can be driven per module by wiring one to DAT and one to CLK. Up to eight strips are supported across Yukon modules, each using one RP2040 PIO state machine.

Example uses include neon style RGB under glow on a remote controlled rover, perimeter lighting on a chassis, or synchronized status lighting on a test bench.

MicroPython libraries, example code, pinout and schematic are available for integration. LED strips and connectors are sold separately.
