TNY is Phyx's take on our Adafruit QT Py and Seeed studio XIAO development boards, with added SMD pins for extra IO and a built-in WS2811 LED output.
The LANA TNY features the WCH CH32V203 RISC-V microcontroller, offering a 32-bit core, running up to 144MHz, with 1-cycle multiply and hardware divide. It includes 10KB SRAM and 32KB single-cycle Flash, plus 224KB external Flash, usable for program or data storage.
Specifications include ADC, timers, USB device, UART, I2C, and SPI. Note the CH32 series has limited community support compared to ATmega, ESP32, ATSAMD, STM32, or RP2040 chips, making it best for those comfortable with Makefiles and configuration files.
It does not support CircuitPython or Micropython and has very early Arduino support, suited for advanced users. With Embeetle officially supported as well as Platform.io, it requires WCH-Link firmware updates. The CH32V203 also features a USB Bootloader activatable via a button press or via connection to SWD pins with a WCH-Link programmer.
