JetBot Chassis Kit V2

The JetBot Chassis Kit V2 is the authorized chassis for the SparkFun JetBot AI Kit. It's an adaptable platform that can be utilized for a variety of robotic projects. The 3.5mm thick ABS plastic chassis plates offer an abundance of mounting points for sensors, servos, controllers, power sources, and more. It's easy to assemble and provides a sturdy 2WD robotic base. This cost-effective solution is perfect for desktop robots.

The JetBot Chassis Kit V2 comes complete with two motors, two wheels, frames, a ball caster, and all the necessary assembly materials such as screws and standoffs. The kit also includes materials for an optional camera mount, allowing for customization of your chassis.

Please note that the JetBot Chassis Kit V2 does not come with a motor controller or a power source. These components will need to be purchased separately. Basic tools are required for assembly.

The kit includes the following components:- 2x Base Plate- 4x Motor Mount- 2x Wheel- 2x Motor- 1x Camera Mount (allows two cameras to be mounted)- 1x Ball Caster- All Hardware Needed for AssemblyPlease note that a Phillips head screwdriver is not included in the kit.

The JetBot Chassis Kit V2 comes with several upgrades from the original Jetson Chassis Kit (V1). It has been adapted to allow for the mounting of two cameras, in line with the NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer Kit (V3). The chassis also features mounting holes specifically spaced for the Jetson Nano Dev kit (4GB & 2GB). These are positioned to bring the camera ribbon connector on the Dev Board as close as possible to the camera mount on the chassis, making assembly easier and extending the life of the camera connector.
