Flirc Jeff Probe

Description

The Flirc Jeff Probe is an ingenious tool for in-application debugging of embedded microprocessors. It gives you an insightful peek into the operation of an application running on an embedded microprocessor in real-time. This tool utilizes a JTAG or Serial Wire Debugging (SWD) port and the microprocessor's on-chip debug logic to control and examine the state of the target microprocessor.

The Flirc Jeff Probe connects to your computer via a standard USB interface. The control of the debugging process is entirely in your hands, thanks to the GNU source level debugging software, GDB. This ensures that you have a complete understanding and control over the operation of your application.

With your purchase, you will receive a Jeff Probe board, a JTAG cable, and a UART cable.

The Flirc Jeff Probe offers several impressive features. It supports target voltages between 1.8V - 5V and provides comprehensive debugging functionalities. These include watchpoints, flash memory breakpoints, memory and register examination, flash memory programming, and more. It connects to the target processor using either the JTAG or Serial Wire Debug (SWD) interface, giving you flexibility in your debugging process.
