You can only remove an earth loop by "cutting" the loop itself; this, for example, by placing (somewhere) a "isolation transformer" in the loop. In many cases, the RADIO / TV distribution jack is the "loop maker". An easy solution (and also a safe one) is to put an audio isolation transformer in series with your PC audio cable in your case. BVB MONACOR: FGA-30M or FGA-40MF are high quality; just put it in between and you're done. Cost about 20 euros I thought.
