Whadda BrightDot Wearable LED Collection
Description
Time to get creative with LEDs through the BrightDot wearable collection!
BrightDots are small and portable modules with one or more LEDs controlled by an Arduino-compatible development board.
The collection comprises a range of different modules with addressable RGB LEDs that are individually controllable. A unique Arduino-compatible board is also provided, enabling you to create something that is not only bright and wearable but also smart.
This set includes one medium BrightDot ring. Each PCB is ultra-thin with gold-plated contacts featuring 6 sewing holes of 1.22 mm. Additionally, all models have backup lines ensuring that a defective LED does not affect others.
Each LED is driven by 3 wires (power, ground, and data) and can be connected to the next LED through these wires, forming a long series. These LEDs can be soldered into electrical circuits or sewn into clothing, backpacks, shoes, ...
