Spin two DC motors, drive a bi-polar or uni-polar stepper, or activate two solenoids at 1.2A per channel using the TB6612. This versatile dual H-bridge can easily be incorporated into any solderless breadboard or perma-proto setup.
Featuring polarity protection on the motor voltage input and pull-up on the standby pin, this breakout board provides reliable performance. Capable of running at 2.7V-5V logic, the TB6612 supports motor voltages from 4.5V to 13.5V, making it unsuitable for 3V motors but ideal for a wide range of other applications.
Two digital inputs per H-bridge and PWM inputs for motor speed control make this driver both practical and flexible. With built-in kick-back diodes, the TB6612 protects your project from inductive kickback, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Includes an assembled and tested breakout, plus a small header strip ready for light soldering. Note that Arduino, motors, and power supplies need to be acquired separately.
