The HC-12 module can send data at a large distance (up to 1KM possible) on the 433Mhz band. The module contains the SI4463 Transceiver IC in combination with a STM8 microcontroller and can both send and receive data. The module can be controlled by UART (RX and TX) signals with, for example, an Arduino.
