At the specified minimum 0.9 volt input voltage, unusable
In itself it works, but the specified 500 mA can only be achieved when the input voltage is already 5 volts. At 0.9 volts - the specified minimum voltage - the device is unusable in my opinion. Now, to be honest, I have to say that I haven't really come across a better one yet.
