For my first order at Open Circuit I found the service and the products very good. Packaging was excellent, assortment is also excellent and price is hard to beat for most elements. The service, both during the weekend (even via chat on Sundays) and via e-mail was very quick, efficient and helpful. Once shipped, delivery was within 1 business day. So I will definitely place orders in the future! Points for improvement: - indicated delivery times of elements that are no longer in stock: a tool that according to the webshop could be delivered 'between 2 to 5 days' turned out to be out of stock for more than a month. As a result, my order remained hanging for a long time and I, via customer service, checked why the order was not delivered. However, another element that was in stock when ordering according to the site, turned out to be no longer a few weeks later when it was sent. - 2 warm white LEDs from a set of 50 were dead on arrival. Very cheap, so to expect / live with. - Shipping costs are quite high, also for small orders (eg 5 dip switches or a set of LEDs that can in principle be sent perfectly in a small envelope at relatively low rates). Suggestions: - create the possibility to order (and pay for) parts on the site, without being sent immediately. This way you can avoid paying multiple shipping costs, but you can for example group several small orders or you can enjoy several consecutive day offers without having to pay for each shipment. Now you can group orders, but if everything is in stock, it will be shipped quickly and you will have to pay shipping costs for another order the next day. - insert button battery holders in the assortment for 1 single CR2032 battery (now only holder for 2 batteries in assortment). Problem with filament roll. Cross-coiled filament (2 kg PETG roll). Factory error. Received a new roll of filament, I used half the roll. I was reimbursed for 1 role as a refund. It's a pity that I had to pay the shipping costs in full. Placed on 20 January 2020
