QRitchieTIP for 3D filament: Ferrite out, 2x "mousjes" in and click over your filament: this keeps dust out of your nozzle! You shouldn't hesitate for the price!

QPeter vd lindenCan you also reduce / remove a 50 Hz hum as a result of, for example, an earth loop between the mixer and the computer?ViewHide 2 answers | Answer this question
AOpencircuitA ferrite clamp can indeed work against this, but it does not offer a guaranteed solution. That depends on many factors.
ARitchieYou can only remove an earth loop by "cutting" the loop itself; this, for example, by placing (somewhere) a "isolation transformer" in the loop. In many cases, the RADIO / TV distribution jack is the "loop maker". An easy solution (and also a safe one) is to put an audio isolation transformer in series with your PC audio cable in your case. BVB MONACOR: FGA-30M or FGA-40MF are high quality; just put it in between and you're done. Cost about 20 euros I thought.
